General Policies

Scheduling Policy 

Scheduling is first come first served. Forms must be filled out and sent back to the trainer at least two days before the scheduled initial consultation. If forms are not received two days before the initial consultation, the trainer has the right to cancel or reschedule the initial consultation to another day.

Rescheduling Policy 

Rescheduling is required 72 hours before a scheduled appointment or a fee, up to the cost of one session, may be incurred. At the discretion of the trainer, exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies such as illness or inclement weather.

COVID-Related Policy: 

The required time for cancellation will be waived if the client or a family member in the same home has COVID-19. Please notify the trainer ASAP to cancel a session if anyone in the home tests positive for COVID-19. Additionally, the session will be rescheduled once everyone in the home has tested negative for COVID-19.

Refund & Services Policy

We reserve the right to discontinue providing services if you do not follow our policies, if the Trainer believes our services are not the right fit for your needs, or if an unforeseen situation or event makes it difficult or impossible for the Trainer to continue providing services. No refunds for services already provided will be given should this occur.

For packages paid in advance or payments for services already rendered there will be no refunds. This includes payments for consultations, discovery calls, Zoom call services, in-person sessions or any other services provided by the Trainer.

For the 15 minute Discovery Call service, one free reschedule is allowed. After that any additional discovery call service will have a $50 service charge attached to it. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 72 hours before a scheduled virtual appointment. If the Trainer is scheduled to travel to any location outside of their home, cancellation is required 72 hours (3 days) before our appointment. A fee, up to the cost of one session, may be incurred if canceling after those deadlines.
